Please correct my essay, thank you very much

Customer courtesy was reported as one of the outstanding issues that determine the quality of papers that have had to be re-done at our company according to an internal survey we conducted some time back. Revisions do not necessarily mean that the work the client did was bad but only a small thing was needed. We came to realize that all those clients who brought their papers back for revision with the revision instructions put politely, the papers were revised better than those revisions that were precipitated by harsh undertones.

This is not to say that our clients have no reason to be angry even when the quality they expected is not delivered, they have that right and in fact we encourage clients to speak their mind on our work all the time because their satisfaction is our responsibility.

It is not rare to find a client sending revision instructions and then cupping it all by mentioning “Please correct my essay, thank you very much”.

In as simple and polite as it sounds, this is a very courteous undertaking by the customer that we endeavor not to abuse. We have trained our writers to know that just because the client is not complaining bitterly does not mean he/she is happy with the work because otherwise it could not have been brought back for revision to begin with. There are also those clients who cannot hide their anger and do not miss a chance to convey that they are not happy in the least. Because serving our clients is our responsibility, we have heard cases where if a client feels aggrieved, we have even refunded the payments made.
