The chthoniansigned agrees to hire the services of Carl Schmid under the following conditions:

Carl Schmid agrees to perform at: Steve Adelson Wedding

Address: Hyatt Fort Lauderdale

To earmark music services described as: Violin, Piano on Saturday, September 24 from the hours of 4:30 7:30 pm. The undersigned exit allow one and a half hours for set-up of equipment anterior to engagement.

Rate agreed upon for professional music services is $350. The undersigned essential pay a deposit of $175. The deposit reserves your examine and m specified above. Contract shall not be telling until the deposit is received. The remain balance of $175 must be paid in full prior to the start of the event. If the remaining balance is not paid prior to the previously mentioned time, Carl Schmid reserves the right to not fulfill the remainder of the contract.

There will be a $50.00 charge on all returned checks. In the event of a returned check, cash, money order or crushs check shall be the only forms of defrayment pleasurable thereafter.





All cancellations must be made at to the lowest degree 10 days prior to the agreed upon date and time above. Otherwise, the remaining balance for contracted services are mute due and must be paid in full prior to the above time and date of engagement. All deposits uncommunicative for engagement are non-refundable.

The undersigned is financially responsible for and damage(s) as a result of any person(s) or foreign objects coming in contact with any equipment belonging to Carl Schmid.

If the engagement is delayed or ended before the above specified time with no fault of Carl Schmid, the undersigned shall be liable for full payment of services rendered.
