Thomas Demitriss college experience, so far, has not been exactly what he has expected. As a straight A student in high school, he assumes that he was well weed for college and he expected to make a smooth transition into college. regrettably his was quickly let down. He never learned how to teach himself.
The second is that high schools do no incorporate creativity into the curriculum. These days, we live in a world that is constantly evolving.

Students in an art schoolroom are exposed to different ways of thinking that are only encouraged in that class (Winner and Heland) High schools are so worried about test scores that a student own individuality and uniqueness cannot be reflected. only students are made into these intellectual clones, so they never get to experience their capacity for imagination.
