As a person , I realized that I do have somewhat biases which can cloud my vision especially when counseling clients . The need to be humble and understanding give enable me to regard the clients condition and offer practical and implementable solutions to the problems veneering them4 . Critical issues that have arisen include the questions of who is being ? Where did being come from ? and what is the purpose of being ? In most cases the clients are assay to answer these questions for themselves hence their dilemmas and confusion .

It is up to the counselor to answer these questions in a manner that makes sense to the client5 . The cling to and quality of life has become for me a very important survey in the study of being and in conducting counseling sessions . The endless pursuit of wealth at the expense of a well(p) balanced life is at the end of the day a life poorly lived . Man is blinded by the temporal role glory of earthly riches such that he fails to appreciate the beauty of nature . This aspect of modern life inescapably to be addressed such that man is at repose with nature and self . A lot of the mental problems and diss emanate from the pressures of daily life . These could be effectively managed if man took eon off to enjoy the simple pleasures of life6 . My goals are to work up a framework for assisting all those people with work-life issues and attempt to stool an objective program to deal with these problems .
