The goal of our Training and Mentoring Program is to prepare and gibe our new sales team to become one in the knowledge and sales of our new cleaning solutions. InterClean and Envirotech wipe out expert merged to provide a competitive advantage in the cleaning solutions industries. The employees coming from EnviroTech will have to learn and relearn what is evaluate of them when they merge with the employees at InterClean. This may not be an easy transition without some Management or Human Resource Personnel do but we are prepared to provide all the training and help that is needed.
