In this article, the role, history and forthcoming of the Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL) will be reviewed and analyzed. A conceptual model will be referenced to rationalise the role of the CNL. The masters level degree is needful for a CNL. This graduate degree prepares the nurse to be a attractor in the acute sell linguistic context and every settings (Chism, 2013).
